Wellness Pals is committed to deliver the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page.
In order to optimize delivery, we thank the customer for indicating an address in which the order can be delivered within normal business hours.
WELLNESS PALS SHIPPING
Wellness Pals delivers locally to the entire country (United States) and internationally to the entire world.
We ship all over the country and around the world via secure and express mail (FedEx/UPS).
Wellness Pals orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday - Friday - 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Wellness Pals will not send any order to post office boxes or military bases, nor will it accept any order when it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and its address.
Wellness Pals charges a flat fee shipping on all orders depending on location and the number of items ordered. It is calculated during the checkout process.
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders will be shipped 1 - 3 days after purchase.
Note: Order processing times and shipping times are different.
North America: 6 - 10 business days
International: 10 - 14 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's delivery location and will be calculated and shown in the checkout process.
Please note that any extra costs related to import/customs tax are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check your own countries policy on importing goods, as we cannot provide this for you.
Wellness Pals provides the tracking numbers once they are available and the shipment has been made. Once the order is shipped, a notification will be sent to the email address you provided at the time of purchase. It will contain a tracking number so that you can trace your order to your door.
Wellness Pals is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Wellness Pals is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). Unfortunately, we do not have control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
PROTECTING YOUR INFORMATION
If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Wellness Pals will not take charge, or make returns for lost or undelivered packages, for wrong shipping addresses, please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase.
SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Wellness Pals recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your home or place of employment. Wellness Pals is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery addresses.
Each delivery is considered to have been made from the moment Wellness Pals makes the product available to the buyer, which is made possible by the control system used by the courier company when the status of the order changes to "completed or delivered".
